FIT AND FINE
During my time at the Miss Mamelodi Sundowns nationals, I had the privilege of meeting some of the players and touring their training facilities. Among the many motivational messages that donned the walls, one stood out: “Winners train, failures complain.”
When it comes to exercising for students we can come up with many reasons not to exercise, a gym membership is too expensive, you don’t have space in your flat, it’s too hot in Summer or too cold and dark in Winter.
After all of my travels and tight schedules I have found a routine that can be done in a small room. All you need are paper-plates, yes you read correctly, paper-plates.
Gliding mountain climbers (AKA Beyonce but)

Plank position. Slide knee to chin one leg at a time for 20 reps.
Now do both legs at a time at high speed, essentially motoring those babies.
Ab Cruncher

Keep legs straight and slide up.
Great for legs and that always illusive six-pack.
Spread Eagle

Same principle as no.1, take one leg out at a time then both really quickly.

In time
Great for an hour glass figure to slim the waist.
More fit and fine features to follow!
bye for now
